Where does your allegiance lie?

This was another request from /co/ - "AJ in a night guard armor and Rarity in a sun guard armor."

I'm not sure if this is a specific reference to something else, like a fanfic or something? Also not sure if this is what they had in mind, either, but I really liked the end result and I hope they do too!

(I'm making a mental note to make the next picture I do something where the ponies aren't sitting down in the same 3/4's|profile pose.)

When I finished making this I noticed that the eye sizes were inconsistent, but I like it better that way as it breaks up the juxtaposition--but I am open to opinion in that regard.
